Holding company presentations

Being present at VET institutions and showing off your company by holding company presentations will help improve its visibility to students and potential new hires, and build your employer branding.

Students who might not have heard about your company, or not been aware of employment opportunities within their field, will be introduced to this.

It allows the company to showcase itself and talk about its vision, mission statement, history, and milestones.

Build excitement for the company by talking about
past, current, and future projects and how the students would be able to be a part of it. Show some examples about how life at the company looks like for newly graduated hires, and how the company would invest in their personal and professional growth.

It is important to consider the audience when holding a company presentation. A graduating class of Software engineers might have very different values and interests than, say, a room full of Business Administration students. Consider also the difference in expectations between younger graduates and those of the past.

Tip: Think about who should deliver your company presentation. Having some of your newest team members present can enhance communication and engagement.
